Dawood College of Engineering Library was established in 1964 situated at 1^st Floor Main building, on 1^st March, 2013 Dawood College of Engineering & Technology, Karachi which was upgraded as Dawood University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi.

After upgradation from Dawood College to Dawood University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi; various Departments like Petroleum & Gas, Computer Science, Telecommunication, Energy Environment came into existence. These Departments have their own seminar libraries.

Along with the teaching faculty, the Central library of Dawood University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi is designed to assist both undergraduate and post graduate students.

Our Central Library, DUET got evolved from print-based repositories to tremendous soft/electronic collection through databases like (Calibre E-books repository & Koha library integrated database access through QR code) providing easy access to our users.
